On Thursday, October 22, 2015, I and many fellow bloggers in the St. Louis area came together for a stellar event hosted by Alive Magazine, Missouri Eating Disorders Council, and Ballpark Village. The event titled Midwest Influencer Network Style Lounge featured numerous local vendors from Fauxgerty, The Normal Brand, Collections by Joya, STL Style, Create Space, and more.
There were tasty appetizers passed around all night, an open bar to keep our thirst quenched, and an awesome gift bag! The gift bag included fudge from the Fudgery, a cute t-shirt from PBR at Ballpark Village, an art print from Oh So Poppy, and even balsamic vinegar from Date Lady. It was very nice to say the least!
Events like this from the Midwest Influencer Network are a great way for bloggers to connect and socialize and network, but also a great way to connect bloggers with businesses to create new business partnerships. I look forward to the next event!
